Description

An original drawing inspired by the Robert McKimson directed 1950 Warner Bros. Looney Tunes cartoon, "Bushy Hare." Featuring Bugs Bunny being threatened by "Nature Boy", the pastel drawing was created by legendary animation artist Bob Singer. Singer has worked in the industry for many years at several different studios, and founded the character design department at Hanna Barbera Studios. His artistry was used to conceptualize and design many limited editions for the studio with clever concepts similar to this drawing. Measuring 11"X14"" overall, with the character image measuring 7"x10", the drawing is in excellent condition. The piece is signed by the artist to the lower right of the image. The drawing comes from Bob Singer's personal collection. The piece is only available for a limited time in conjunction with our April 2023 event, "An Afternoon with Bob Singer." Bob has shared a special collection of his personal artwork for the event, consisting of production layout drawings, book illustration drawings, limited edition concept art, and personal drawings. The collection spans the decades of work created by Singer.
