An original production background from the Hanna Barbera Studios animated series Super Friends (c.1980). Featuring a wide shot panoramic view of a pirate ship's main deck, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. The piece is an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the cartoon. Measuring 10.5"x46.25" overall and with the image measuring 10"x46.25", the background is in very good condition. Due to size, the background ships rolled.
