This is an original production cel from the Walt Disney Studios production Oliver and Company (1988).This hand-painted cel features Tito, Francis, and Einstein wearing a disguise to look like Fagin. It was created at the studio and used during the production, representing an actual frame of animation that was photographed and appears in the film. The overall measurements of the piece are 12.5" x 17" and the image itself measures 6.5" x 8". The cel is in very good condition.
