A brilliant preliminary background from the Walt Disney Studios animated film Man and the Moon (1955). Featuring a clear dark night sky with a waxing crescent moon in the top right corner, the hand-painted background was created at the studio and used during the animation process. Measuring 12.5"x15.5", the background is in very good condition.
